Existing patients - Refer your friends to Personal Eyes Optometry and be rewarded!

For every friend you refer to Personal Eyes Optometry for an eye examination you will receive a $50 voucher to spend on spectacle frames or sunglasses.

Make sure your friends tell us that you referred them when they book their appointment and we will contact you to arrange the issuing of your voucher.

All vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue.
